What the Founding 20 programme is, who qualifies, how the free Pro access works and how to tell whether you are a founding member.

The Founding 20 is our early-adopter programme. The first 20 qualifying accounts in The Pastor's Study receive Pro access free as founding members.
We are not asking founding users to sell anything or to promote the app aggressively. All we ask is that you help us spread the word — share the study with someone who teaches, and invite others who could benefit from it.
There are exactly 20 spots. Once all 20 are claimed, the programme closes and the website stops advertising it.

Who qualifies
Spots are given in order of account creation date. The earliest accounts were assigned automatically when the programme launched — you did not need to sign up again. While spots remain, new sign-ups claim the next open spot automatically.

How the free Pro access works
Founding members receive full Pro access through the same complimentary-access system administrators use. You are never charged, no paid subscription is created, and there is no trial clock that can take it away.

How to tell whether you are a member
Open your desk. Founding members see a card at the top that reads "You're a Founding 20 member" along with their spot number. Your plan also shows as Pro in My Account.

Helping us spread the word
Use the Share button on that card, or your personal invite link under Invite & Earn, to introduce another teacher to the study.
Common questions
How many spots are left?
The live counter on the homepage and pricing page shows exactly how many of the 20 spots are claimed and how many remain. It counts real founding members only.
Will I ever be billed for my Founding 20 Pro access?
No. Founding access does not create a subscription and no payment method is required for it.
What happens to my content if the programme changes?
Nothing you have written is affected. Your teachings, notes, prayers and library always remain yours.
Can I still buy a Church plan?
Yes. Founding access covers Pro. If you need church team seats you can subscribe to the Church plan at the standard price.
If something goes wrong
My desk does not show the Founding 20 card
Your account is not one of the 20 founding members, or all spots were claimed before you signed up. The homepage counter shows the current state.
My plan still shows Free
Sign out and back in so your plan refreshes. If it still shows Free, contact us and we will check your founding record.
