1. Acceptance
By accessing or using The Pastor’s Study (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
The Pastor’s Study is a workspace for studying, writing, organizing, and sharing teaching content. Features include manuscript editing, folders, notes, prayer requests, a resource library, Bible reading, and preaching tools.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to host, back up, and display your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your work, and we do not use it to train AI models.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Upload content that infringes copyright or other rights.
- Share illegal, harmful, abusive, or defamatory material.
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
- Use the Service for spam or unauthorized marketing.
6. Resource library responsibility
You may upload resources only if you have the legal right to store and use them. The Pastor’s Study provides organization and storage; it does not determine whether a particular file is legally transferable. That judgment and responsibility remain with you.
7. Beta and payments
The Service is currently in free beta. No payment information is collected. When paid plans are introduced, they will be governed by the pricing and billing terms posted at that time and by our Policies page.
8. Refunds
When paid plans launch, refund requests must be submitted within 3 business days of the initial subscription purchase. Renewal payments are non-refundable. Lifetime plans are non-refundable. See our Policies for full details.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account and content at any time. Upon termination, your content may be deleted in accordance with our data-retention practices.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJH Enterprises, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
